Caramel Pecan Turtle Brownie Recipe
These individual caramel pecan brownies only need a few ingredients and are loaded with chocolate chips, pecans, and caramel baking bits, then baked to perfection for a chocolatey indulgent treat.
You’d never know these decadent gourmet brownies start with a box mix! This sweet treat is perfect for summer parties, picnics, or even a potluck.

Ingredients

- Boxed brownie mix
- Vegetable oil
- Water
- Eggs
- Pecans
- Caramel baking bits
- Chopped pecans
Recommended tools
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Large mixing bowl
- Silicone spatula
- Brownie pan
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease the cavities in the brownie pan.
Add the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs to a large bowl and stir with the spatula until combined. Do not overmix.

Set aside a small amount of the pecans, caramel bits, and chocolate chips to top the brownies with. Then fold the remaining pecans, caramel bits, and chocolate chips into the batter.

Pour the batter into the brownie pan, almost filling each of the cavities. Sprinkle a few pecans, caramel bits, and chocolate chips on top of each.

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once the brownies are done, remove the pan from the oven, and allow the brownies to cool completely.
If you have trouble removing the brownies from the pan, gently run a butter knife around all of the edges of each brownie.

Tips and Tricks
- Recipe times may vary according to the directions on your brownie mix.
- You can make these in a regular 9×13 baking pan if you’d like, though you will have to adjust the bake time.
