How to Make Cheesy Bacon Refried Bean Dip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, bacon pieces, taco seasoning, and half the Mexican blend cheese. Stir well to combine.

Spread mixture into a medium baking dish, 8×8 inches or smaller. Top with the remaining 1/2 shredded cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the broiler to high for an additional 1-2 minutes to get the cheese nice and bubbly.

Remove the pan from the oven, and top with sliced jalapenos, sliced green onion, and chopped cilantro.
