Serving Suggestions
This is perfect for parties and get-togethers. You can serve them on a tray, hand them out to guests, or leave them on a table for people to help themselves.
How to Store the Jello Shots
These must be stored in the fridge until ready to use them. Don’t garnish them until you are ready.
Recipe Tips and Advice
- Do not garnish if storing in the fridge. Only garnish when ready to serve.
- If you want to make these ahead of time, you’ll want to place the lids on them and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze them.
- Do not fill these to the top if you are planning on storing them in the fridge. The lid will make little divots in the top of the jello, which will make it look bad.
Can I make this at any other time of the year?
The principle of this recipe can be repurposed for other gatherings and occasions. For example, you can use different flavored jello mixes, colors, and vodka flavors. You can also present the shots in different ways and shapes, such as hearts.
