Notes and Tips

  • Add an additional ¼ cup of sauce if you want more pizza flavor. I wouldn’t recommend adding more than ½ cup total, though, as it would be runny.
  • The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don’t serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can just toss them.

Storing Pizza Pinwheels

These pinwheels are best when they are fresh, but they will still taste good a day or two after you make them. Just make sure to store them properly so they don’t dry out. Store them in the fridge and in an airtight container.

What To Serve With Pizza Pinwheels

These pinwheels can be served as is or with a dipping sauce. If you want to serve them with a dipping sauce, I recommend more pizza sauce or perhaps a BBQ sauce.
