How to make Club Sub Pinwheels

1. Chop the lettuce and tomato. Cut the center ribs out of the lettuce to make these easier to roll.

2. Stir the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a small bowl, and add ¼ of the mixture to each of the tortillas. Use a butter knife to spread the mixture over the entire tortilla.

3. Arrange two slices of ham on one side of each tortilla. Then cut another slice in half, then one slice in half again. Arrange those slices to cover half the tortilla. Do the same with the turkey.

Tips & Tricks

  • These pinwheels can be served as is or with a dipping sauce.
  • Pinwheels are easiest to cut with a serrated knife. My bread knife is my favorite to use.
  • The bacon pieces are a little loose in these pinwheels, so you may want to mix them in with the cream cheese and mayonnaise spread.
  • The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don’t serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can toss them.
  • Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 1 day, but they may get soggy.
