Storing Pizza Pinwheels
These pinwheels are best when they are fresh, but they will still taste good a day or two after they are made. Just make sure to store them properly so they don’t dry out.
- Fridge: Store pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Make Ahead: Prepare the rolls a day in advance and slice just before serving.
- Not freezer-friendly: Due to the cream cheese and fresh tortillas, these don’t freeze well.

Notes
- Add an additional ¼ cup of sauce if you want more pizza flavor. I wouldn’t recommend adding more than ½ cup total, though, as it would be runny.
- The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don’t serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can toss them.
