How to make Air Fryer Hot Pockets
1. Roll out one of the crescent dough cans and pinch the seams closed.
2. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a large pinch of mozzarella, and 2 slices of pepperoni to the dough. Repeat this step 8 times, 1 inch apart.
3. Roll out the second can of crescent dough and pinch the seams closed.
4. Gently place the second sheet of crescent roll dough over the top of the first sheet.
5. Cut out each hot pocket carefully with a sharp knife.
6. Separate and pinch all the seams closed with a fork.
7. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Then add the Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese to the butter and mix.
8. Place two hot pockets into the air fryer basket. Then using a basting brush, baste on the herb butter mixture.
9. Cook in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes at 380 degrees F.
10. Repeat until all hot pockets are golden and flaky.
