- Heavy cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Peanut butter

How to Make No-Churn Peanut Butter Ice Cream
1. Unwrap and chop Reese’s cups.
2. Pour heavy cream into a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer (using wire whip attachment), and whip on high for about 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
3. Add sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Whip on high for an additional minute.
4. Stir in chopped Reese’s. Keep some aside for adding to the top.
5. Add mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe bowl. And add the remaining Reese’s Cups.
6. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 8 hours or overnight.
Serve in a waffle cone or a bowl, and if you like, put some between two large cookies to make ice cream sandwiches.
Tips & Tricks
- Make sure that you whip the ice cream on high, as a slower speed will not produce the same result.
- This ice cream recipe takes at least 8 hours to set. I usually allow it to set overnight.
