This super easy-to-make charcuterie is perfect for the upcoming summer holidays! Made with an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, and more, this takes just minutes to put together. 

Mixed with everything red, white, and blue, so perfect for a patriotic celebration! You can easily adjust the amounts of ingredients, and it’s a fun and delicious way to serve a crowd.

Follow the steps below to make this easy colorful red, white, and blue charcuterie board.

Recommended Tools:

  • Cutting/Serving Board (our board is approximately 10 x 16 inches)
  • 1-inch star cookie cutter to cut the cheese
  • Small white bowls
  • Line your board with parchment paper to help protect it

Ingredients:

Process Ingredients
  • Pepper Jack cheese block
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Yogurt-covered pretzels
  • Almond nut thins (or crackers)
  • Red, white, and blue candy coins
  • Red, white, and blue gumballs
  • Red, white, and blue suckers

How to Make Fourth of July Charcuterie Board

Cut the cheese into pieces that are just larger than the star cookie cutter. Then slice the cheese into 4 slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut stars out of the cheese.

Process 2

Roll the salami into a thin cone shape.

Add the blackberries, raspberries, and gumballs to small white bowls. Arrange these small bowls onto the board first.

Arrange the salami next, as it will take up some space.

Then arrange the other ingredients, trying to alternate with the colors.

Add the candy coins next, filling in any empty spaces.

Tips and tricks

  • You can really use whatever red, white, and blue ingredients you like, customizing it to your liking. You can use more or fewer amounts of each ingredient, too, depending on the size of your board..
