Patriotic Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1 block Pepper Jack cheese
- 6–8 slices Salami
- 6–8 slices Pepperoni
- ½ cup Raspberries
- ½ cup Blackberries
- ½ cup Yogurt-covered pretzels
- ½ cup Almond nut thins or your favorite crackers
- ½ cup Red, white, and blue candy coins
- ½ cup Red, white, and blue gumballs
- 3–4 Red, white, and blue suckers
Equipment
- Star-shaped cookie cutter
- Serving board or platter
- Small white bowls
Instructions
- Cut the cheese into pieces that are just larger than the star cookie cutter. Then slice the cheese into 4 slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut stars out of the cheese.
- Roll the salami into a thin cone shape.
- Add the blackberries, raspberries, and gumballs to small white bowls. Arrange the bowls onto the board first.
- Arrange the salami next, as it will take up some space. Then arrange the other ingredients, trying to alternate with the colors.
- Add the candy coins next, filling in any empty spaces.
