Recipe Tips and Advice
- If you want to make these ahead of time, bake the brownies and decorate them before serving. You could also prepare the strawberries in advance.
- A stand or hand mixer will make light work of creating the brownie batter.
- You will want to use a small muffin tin so that the bottoms of the brownies will fit the size of the strawberries.
- If kids are helping, make sure they are supervised when dealing with hot brownies.
Can you make this Vegan?
Some brownie box mixes are vegan. The one I used called for eggs, so you could use an egg replacement or find a vegan brownie mix. You will also need to use vegan whipped cream.
