- 12 chocolate chip cookies
- 2 cups mermaid ice cream
- 6 gummy sharks
How to Make Shark Ice Cream Sandwiches:
Let the ice cream soften for about 10-15 minutes so it’s easy to work with.

Place the cookie with the inside facing up. Fill with mermaid ice cream.

Place another cookie with the inside of the cookie facing down to make a sandwich.
Dab some ice cream on top just a little bit. And place the shark on top.

Place the cookie into plastic wrap and cover well.
Repeat until all the sandwiches are made. Freeze overnight. Then serve cold!
