Serving Suggestions
This Brunch Charcuterie Board is perfect for laid-back mornings with family or festive holiday brunches. To create a complete and inviting spread, consider pairing it with a few of these fun additions:
- Beverages: Serve with fresh orange juice, coffee, or a mimosa bar for the adults. A pot of tea or some hot cocoa also adds a cozy touch.
- Yogurt Parfaits: Offer small cups layered with yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit for a light and creamy addition.
- Cheese and Crackers: Add a small selection of cheese—think brie, cheddar, or Gouda—and some crunchy crackers for more savory bites.
- Hard-Boiled Eggs or Deviled Eggs: These are easy to prepare ahead and add extra protein variety to your board.
- Seasonal Touches: Garnish with fresh herbs like mint or rosemary, or incorporate seasonal fruits like sliced apples in the fall or citrus in winter.
Whether you’re hosting Easter brunch, celebrating Mother’s Day, or just gathering friends for a weekend get-together, this board is a fun and festive way to start the day.

Tips for Success
- Cook bacon and sausage ahead of time. Just reheat before serving to keep prep stress-free.
- Use a charger plate from Dollar Tree for a budget-friendly but elegant base.
- Warm items last. Heat your pancakes and meats right before assembling.
- Serve with small tongs or spoons to keep things neat and easy for guests.
Storage
If you have leftovers, store the cooked meats in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Fresh fruit should be stored separately in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness. While pastries are best enjoyed the day they’re made, they can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for one to two days.
