Slice the cheeses, tomato, and onion into serving-friendly pieces.


Arrange the croissants at the top right of your platter.
Place the French bread in two staggered rows on the bottom left, slightly overlapping.
Set the mustard in a ramekin just under the croissants, to the top left. Add the mayonnaise in a ramekin to the right of the mustard, above the bread.


Arrange the lettuce under the croissants, next to the mustard.
Lay the tomato slices above the bread on the left side.


Place the halved provolone slices to the left of the croissants at the top.
Fold the salami in half and arrange it between the condiment bowls, alternating the direction for a decorative touch.


Fold and roll the ham, placing it to the right under the lettuce.
Arrange cheddar slices above the bread on the right, overlapping and angled.
Pile the onions above the tomatoes, under the provolone.


Fill in any gaps with pickle slices for extra color and crunch.

Mini Sandwich Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 4 Mini croissants
- 4 Slices French bread halved
- 4 Slices Deli Ham rolled
- 6 slices Salami
- 2 Slices Deli Style Cheese quartered
- 3 Slices Provolone halved
- ¼ cup Pickle slices
- ¾ cup Lettuce Spring Mix
- 1 Roma Tomato sliced
- ½ Red Onion peeled and sliced
- Mayonnaise in a ramekin
- Mustard in a ramekin
Instructions
- Slice your cheeses, tomato, and onion.
- Arrange the croissants at the top of the board, slightly to the right.
- Next, arrange two rows of french bread at the bottom left, slightly overlapping each other, and alternating the position of the rows.
- Arrange the mustard towards the top left of the platter, about one inch under the croissants. Then the mayonnaise to the right, slightly above the bread.
- Arrange the lettuce under the croissants, to the right of the mustard.
- Lay the tomatoes slightly overlapping, on the left, above the bread.
- Arrange the provolone halves, slightly overlapping, at the top, to the left of the croissants.
- Fold the salami in half, then arrange the slices in between the mayonnaise and mustard bowls, alternating the direction of the fold – EX. one fold up, one fold down, and so on.
- Fold the ham slices in half, then roll from one end to the other. Arrange on the right, under the lettuce.
- Add the cheddar slices, slightly overlapping and alternating angles, above the bread on the right.
- Pile the onions above the tomatoes, under the provolone.
- Fill in some of the gaps with pickles.
