Tips & Tricks
- These pinwheels pair perfectly with salsa but can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Pinwheels are easiest to cut with a serrated knife. My bread knife is my favorite to use.
- The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don’t serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can toss them.
- These pinwheels tend to get soggy, so they do not store well. Make them up to a few hours in advance, and eat any leftovers that day for the best quality and taste.
