- 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients called for on the back of box. (Mine called for 2 eggs, 2 tbsp water, ½ cup vegetable oil)
- 24 small strawberries
- Whipped cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 24 cavity mini cupcake tin..
Combine brownie ingredients in a large bowl, and pour into cupcake tin, filling each cavity about ¾ of the way.
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 13-16 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie bite comes out clean.
Allow brownies to cool completely, and remove them from the tin, gently using a butter knife or fork to help if needed.
Cut the stems off the strawberries, and a tiny bit off the bottom.
Add whipped cream to the top of the brownies, then top with a strawberry, and top the strawberry with a tiny bit of whipped cream.
Serve right away, so that the whipped cream doesn’t melt.
