Lucky Charms Cake Mix Cookie Ingredients
- 15.25 oz box of white cake mix
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup lucky charms marshmallows
How to Make Lucky Charms Cake Mix Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.
In a medium bowl combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until well incorporated.
Gently fold ¾ cup of Lucky Charm marshmallows into the batter being careful not to crush the marshmallows.
Scoop cookie dough onto lined cookie sheets using a large scoop. Set cookie dough scoops at least 2” apart.
Gently press the remaining Lucky Charm marshmallows onto the top of the cookie dough scoops.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges of the cookie are golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
