No-Bake Cool and Creamy Melon Pie

Ever had a Melon Pie? If not, this summer is the time to try this easy-to-make, cool, and totally creamy melon pie.

For this recipe, I used this super cool Jell-O flavor called “Fusion Melon” But, you can also try your favorite flavor and enjoy it your way. 

If you love no-bake desserts then you will want to try this delicious chocolate lasagna. And if you’re looking for an easy snack for your kids to enjoy on a summer afternoon or you want a quick dessert to bring to your next BBQ, these no-bake s’mores are a great choice!

Cool and Creamy Melon Pie Ingredients

  • 3-ounce package Melon flavored gelatin (I used Jell-O Melon Fusion for this recipe
  • 3 to 4 large ice cubes
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2/3 cup boiling water, use a heatproof measuring cup
  • 8-ounce tub Cool Whip or any brand non-dairy topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 store-bought graham cracker crust

How To Make This Melon Pie Recipe

In a large heatproof bowl, add the boiling water to the gelatin mix.

Mix together until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add the ice and cold water, mix until ice cubes melt.

Add HALF of the whipped topping and whisk until combined

Spread into the crust and top with remaining whipped topping.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set.

-Optional: You may freeze the pie slightly, for about 15 minutes to allow for easier serving.
