- Start by placing your cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, ½ cup of white chocolate chips, and blue food coloring in a stand mixer.
- Mix on high with a paddle attachment until well combined and smooth.
- Place your mixture in a large bowl.
- Surround with chips ahoy cookies.
- Break up your Oreos and Chips ahoy cookies into 1/4s and top your dip with cookie pieces. Finish with a handful of white chocolate chips as an additional topping.
- Serve and enjoy!
Substitutions & Variations
- If you can’t find blue food coloring or prefer not to use it, feel free to leave it out of the recipe. Or, use a different color if you’d like!
- Don’t like Oreos and/or Chips Ahoy cookies? Use different cookie flavors and variations. Any of your favorite cookies will do!
