What better way to show your patriotism than with a star-shaped wreath made out of dollar-store materials? It’s easy, affordable, and the perfect way to decorate for the Fourth of July! Follow these simple steps, and you’ll have a beautiful wreath in no time.

Supplies:
- Star metal wreath form
- Six rolls of deco mesh
- Scissors
- 15 Pipe cleaners (not shown in the supplies image, white was used for this)
- Hot glue gun and hot glue
- Red, white, and blue foam stars
- 7-inch piece of cardboard
How to make Patriotic Wreath:
- Wrap the deco mesh around the cardboard until you get to the end of the roll. Cut each end, holding tightly onto the mesh. You will be left with 7-inch pieces of mesh. Repeat for each roll of mesh.
- Cut the pipe cleaners in half.
- Roll a piece of mesh up, placing it between your middle and forefinger. Repeat with 3 more pieces, alternating colors and stacking them between your fingers.
- Wrap a pipe cleaner around the 4 pieces of stacked mesh rolls.
- Make 30 bunches of these.
- Set one of the mesh bunches on the inner wire of the wreath form, then wrap the pipe cleaner around the wire in the back.
- Repeat the step above, securing 3 bunches in each of the 10 sections of the wreath form.
- Fluff the mesh as needed.
- Arrange the foam stars all over the wreath, then glue them in place with hot glue.
- Hang your new patriotic star wreath on your front door or in another prominent spot!
