Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use regular-shaped pretzels instead of square ones?
Yes, you can! Just keep in mind that the chocolate and candy may not stay on as well with round or twisted pretzels. You may need to press down gently on the toppings after removing them from the oven.
How long do these Valentine’s Day pretzels stay fresh?
They can last up to a week when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. However, they are best enjoyed within the first few days.
Can I use other types of chocolate instead of Hershey’s Hugs?
Absolutely! You can use any type of chocolate, or candy melts that you prefer. Just make sure to adjust the baking time accordingly, as different types of chocolate may melt at different rates.
