Sugar Cookie Sprinkle Bars Ingredients

- All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Baking soda
- White sugar
- Butter, softened
- Eggs
- Almond extract
- White chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
How to Make Sugar Cookie Bars with Sprinkles
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. (Or butter and flour dish)
- Add flour, salt, and baking soda to a mixing bowl and whisk until just combined and set aside.
- Add sugar and butter to a separate mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add extract and then eggs one at a time to the butter mixture and mix until just combined using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.
- Add ½ of the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined then repeat until the other ½.
- Fold in 1 ½ cup white chocolate chips.
- Spread cookie batter out in the prepared dish. Top with rainbow sprinkles and remaining chocolate chips, then gently press toppings into the cookie batter.
- Place in oven and bake for 33-35 minutes or until middle is baked through.

- ½ teaspoon baking soda

- Spread cookie batter out in prepare dish. Top with rainbow sprinkles and remaining chocolate chips, then gently press toppings into cookie batter.
- Place in oven and bake for 33-35 minutes or until middle is baked through.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
