How to Make Cognac Cupcakes

1. The first thing to do would be to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then get your chosen cupcake pan or tray and add your cupcake liners to it. Set aside until ready to fill them. 

2. Add the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs to a large mixing bowl. If using a stand mixer, add these ingredients to the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.

4. Transfer the pan to a cooling rack, and allow the cupcakes to cool for 1-2 hours before you begin frosting them.

5. Add both cans of frosting to a medium bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, along with ½ tablespoon of brandy, and mix together until light and fluffy.
