  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • ½ yellow onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
