How to make the Chocolate Pizza
To prepare this delicious and super healthy chocolate pizza, we will start by gathering all the ingredients and setting them measured and ready to use.
“Chocolate ganache (sauce)”
First, we will start by chopping our vegan dark chocolate into smaller bits.
Next, we will add our plant-based cream into a pot, bringing it to a near boil (once a couple of bubbles burst ), and remove it from the heat.
Now that the cream it’s been heated, we will add the chopped chocolate into the pot and stir until it’s combined (it will turn into a creamy chocolate spreadable).
“Pizza crust”
Preheat the oven to 170C or 340 F for about 10 -15 minutes.
Next, we will take the gluten-free, vegan pizza crust, and with the help of a rolling pin, we will flatten the dough until reaching the desired shape (we did round pizzas).
Now, place the pizza crust into the oven and bake it for about 8 minutes (check that it starts to turn golden brown and hardens a bit).
If the pizza crust is still soft, place it back into the oven for an extra 5 minutes or until it becomes crunchy and hardens a bit.
Note: be careful not to bake it too long, or it will dry out.
“Building the pizza”
Now that the chocolate and the pizza crust are ready, we will slice the strawberries into any shape of our preference.
Next, take the Pizza crust and gently spread the chocolate on top. Add the strawberries and sprinkle some hazelnut pieces all over.
Enjoy!!.
