Who said frozen drinks are just for summertime? You are going to love this festive frozen winter cocktail! This is one of my favorite drinks for the holiday season, and it has that kick of peppermint that we all enjoy!

Jack Frost Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredients 2
  • 8 oz Ice
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lemon Lime Soda
  • Simple Syrup
  • Coconut Flakes and Maraschino Cherries for garnish

How to Make This Jack Frost Cocktail

Prepare the glass

  • Pour the simple syrup onto a small plate and the coconut onto another.
  • Dip a glass upside down into the simple syrup to coat the rim of the glass.
  • Next, dip the glass upside down in the coconut flakes.

Make the Cocktail

  • Add the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Run, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.

  • Pour the contents of the blender into the glass.
  • Garnish with a cherry and serve immediately.
