Jack Frost Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Ice
- 2 oz Blue Curacao
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Lime Soda
- Simple Syrup
- Coconut Flakes and Maraschino Cherries for garnish
How to Make This Jack Frost Cocktail
Prepare the glass
- Pour the simple syrup onto a small plate and the coconut onto another.
- Dip a glass upside down into the simple syrup to coat the rim of the glass.
- Next, dip the glass upside down in the coconut flakes.
Make the Cocktail
- Add the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Run, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the contents of the blender into the glass.
- Garnish with a cherry and serve immediately.
