How to Make Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to help make clean-up easier.

2. Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl, and stir well until a dough forms.

3. Use the cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, about 3 inches apart.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Cake mix cookies tend to rise up in the middle. Once they have come out of the oven, I suggest pushing the center of the cookie down very gently so that they are a bit flatter for frosting.

5. Set the baking sheet on a cooking rack to cool for 2 minutes. Then transfer the cookies to the cooling rack to cool completely.
