- 16 oz container strawberry frosting
- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- ¾ cup freeze dried strawberries
- 1-2 tbsp sprinkles
Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a double boiler, melt the frosting and white chocolate over low heat.

Stir in the freeze dried strawberries.
¾ cup freeze dried strawberries
Pour into the prepared pan, and spread to the edges.
Top with sprinkles.

Cover, and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Don't have a double boiler? Use a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water; just be careful not to let any steam or water get into the chocolate mixture.
Easily crush the freeze-dried strawberries in a ziplock bag and gently roll over them with a rolling pin or use a food processor.
