Ingredients

  • 10 Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Rolls
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 bags Strawberry and Cream Chocolate Melts
  • 12 Golden Oreos Processed
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 oz. Strawberry Jello Mix

Instructions

  • Start by placing your strawberry shortcake rolls and cream cheese in a stand up mixer.
  • Mix on high until well combined.
  • Place batter in the freezer for one hour.
  • Lay out parchment paper and roll out one tablespoon of dough into a ball and place on parchment paper. Place back in the freezer.
  • Place your processed Oreos, jello mix, and melted butter into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • Place your melting candies in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave one minute, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • Drop each ball into your melted chocolate. Remove with a form and shake off the excess. Place back on the parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with strawberry crunch, and let set up.
  • Once your chocolate is set, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Parchment paper will ensure your truffles don’t stick to the baking tray.
This is perfect to make the day before. Simply prepare your dough into balls, and then continue with the recipe the next day.
