- 2 - 21 oz cans strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 - 15.5 oz box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter ½ cup, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the cream cheese and sugar to a medium bowl, and beat with a hand mixer until creamy, about 2 minutes.
Dump the strawberry pie filling into the baking dish, and spread into an even layer.
Add spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture all over the strawberry layer.
Sprinkles the cake mix over that.
Melt the butter in a small bowl, then pour over the cake mix layer.
Transfer the baking dish to the oven, and bake for 55-60 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
