- 15.25 oz box Chocolate or Devil’s Food cake mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup - ¾ cup St Patrick’s Day sprinkles
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl using a silicone spatula,
Use a cookie scoop to gather the dough, then dip the top of the dough ball into the sprinkles, and set on the baking sheet, spacing mounds of dough 2 inches apart.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are done.
Remove the cookies from the oven, and immediately add a Hershey’s Kiss to the center of each cookie.
Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack.
