Ingredients

  • 12.4 oz package Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with icing 8 count package
  • 8 pretzel twists
  • 26 mini chocolate chips
  • 12 Mini M&Ms 3 each of same colors - we used red, green, blue and yellow
  • Orange cookie icing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut out about ¼ inch on the outer cinnamon roll, leaning a smaller circle for the head.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cinnamon rolls. You’ll set a smaller one for the head, the body directly below, touching the head. Space them a couple of inches apart.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes, until done. Allow to cool completely.
  • Using the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, frost the snowmen.
  • Stick one pretzel into each side of the “body”.
  • Arrange 5 mini chocolate chips towards the bottom of the “head” for the mouth.
  • Squeeze the cookie icing out in the center above the mouth to make the carrot nose.
  • Arrange 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Line the Mini M&Ms “buttons” down the body of the snowman.

Notes

  • Trim rolls carefully to keep the head proportional to the body.
  • Frost while rolls are slightly warm for easier spreading.
  • Let kids decorate with different colored M&Ms for a fun, personalized touch.
  • Make ahead: Decorate the rolls ahead of time, store in an airtight container, and serve later.
