Air Fryer Hot Pockets
These homemade copycat "hot pockets" are simple, quick to make, and taste even better than the frozen kind! They are made with store-bought crescent rolls, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella. Then, they're topped with homemade herb butter.

- 16 small slices of pepperoni
- 2 cans of crescent roll dough
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Roll out one of the crescent dough cans and pin the seams closed.
Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a large pinch of mozzarella, and 2 slices of pepperoni to the dough. Repeat this step 8 times, 1 inch apart.
Roll out the second can of crescent dough and pinch the seams closed.
Gently place the second sheet of crescent roll dough over the top of the first sheet.
Cut out each hot pocket carefully with a sharp knife.
Separate and pinch all the seams closed with a fork.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Add the Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese to the butter and mix.
Place two hot pockets into the air fryer basket.
Using a basting brush, baste on the herb butter mixture.
Cook in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes at 380 degrees F.
Repeat until all hot pockets are golden and flaky.
Enjoy with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- You can freeze these for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for 4-6 minutes at 370 degrees F.
- You can refrigerate the extras for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 370 degrees F.
