Start by cutting your pipe cleaners in half.
Next, you will cut all of the mesh into 6-7 inch sections.
Then you will roll the mesh into tight one inch tubes, one at a time, gathering bunches of 4, slightly overlapping as you go (see image process 5).
From the top of the bunch, wrap a pipe cleaner around it, then tightly twist twice at the bottom to secure each bundle. You will make 30 of these bundles; 20 with two white and two red, then 10 of just red.
Now you'll secure the bundles to the wreath form. Arrange a bundle on top of the form, wrapping the pipe cleaner around one of the inner wires, then twisting tightly 3 times around to completely secure it to the frame.
For the next one, you will wrap it around the other inner wire, and alternate between the two inner wires as you go around the wreath frame. You will go around the wreath frame doing 2 red and white, then 1 all red, securing 5 bundles to each of the 6 sections of the frame.
Once all 10 bundles have been secured to the wreath frame, turn the wreath to the backside, and trim the excess ends of pipe cleaners.
You will then turn the wreath to the front, and fluff the mesh to make the wreath full.
Last, you will apply hot glue to the center of each snowflake, and secure them to the mesh along the right side of the wreath.
