Cucumber and Dill Pinwheels

If you’re a fan of those cocktail cucumber sandwiches, you’re going to love these cucumber and dill pinwheels. This is a simple party appetizer that only uses a few ingredients, but is packed full of flavor! Make these easy roll-up snacks for your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced thin

Instructions

  • Chop the dill and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  • Mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Spread ¼ of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Scatter ½ tbsp of chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Arrange cucumbers on the tortilla.
  • Start from one end, and roll the tortilla tightly into itself until you meet the other end.
  • Wrap the tortilla logs in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  • Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap. Use a serrated knife to cut 2 inches off each end, then cut the remaining log into 6 equal portions.
  • Lay flat on a platter to serve.
