Cucumber and Dill Pinwheels
If you’re a fan of those cocktail cucumber sandwiches, you’re going to love these cucumber and dill pinwheels. This is a simple party appetizer that only uses a few ingredients, but is packed full of flavor! Make these easy roll-up snacks for your next gathering.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 medium cucumber sliced thin
Chop the dill and thinly slice the cucumbers.
Mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.
Spread ¼ of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
Scatter ½ tbsp of chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture.
Arrange cucumbers on the tortilla.
Start from one end, and roll the tortilla tightly into itself until you meet the other end.
Wrap the tortilla logs in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap. Use a serrated knife to cut 2 inches off each end, then cut the remaining log into 6 equal portions.
Lay flat on a platter to serve.
