- 2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 1.5 cup dark chocolate
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate
Wash the strawberries and dry them well. (water and chocolate do not mix so strawberries need to be dry before dipping them into chocolate).
Line a sheet pan.
Prepare a double boiler for melting the chocolate.
Add coconut oil to the chocolate mix.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Stir chocolate all the time, preventing it from burning.
Dip the strawberries into the chocolate.
Let the chocolate set and dry while you melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the melted white chocolate to a small plastic bag. Cut a tiny hole in the corner.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the strawberries.
