- 1 package of lettuce leaves
- 3.5 ounces prosciutto
- 3.5 ounces salami
- 5 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 5 Pretzel Sticks
- 4 Babybel Cheese
- 6 mini cheese triangles
Remove the packaging from the Babybel cheese and make incisions in the mold with a cookie cutter or sharp knife to create a decorative shape. Repeat with the mini cheese triangles if desired. Thread the cheeses onto wooden skewers and set them aside on a serving plate.
Wash and dry fresh strawberries, removing the leaves if desired, and place them on the skewers. Thread the cherries onto the skewer a few at a time. Set aside.
Rinse and dry lettuce leaves, then spread them on a towel and pat dry. Place the lettuce on the board to create a bed for the other ingredients.
Wrap strips of prosciutto around pretzel sticks. Roll thin slices of salami into a tight spiral, then secure them in place with a wooden skewer.
Arrange the cheeses, fruit skewers, prosciutto, and salami roses on the board. Use smaller lettuce leaves to fill in any gaps between the ingredients. Top off with bagels and pretzels.
Decorate the board with parchment paper and ribbon to create the illusion of a bouquet. Serve and enjoy!
