Ingredients

  • 1 package of lettuce leaves
  • 3.5 ounces prosciutto
  • 3.5 ounces salami
  • 5 large strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 5 Pretzel Sticks
  • 4 Babybel Cheese
  • 6 mini cheese triangles

Instructions

  • Remove the packaging from the Babybel cheese and make incisions in the mold with a cookie cutter or sharp knife to create a decorative shape. Repeat with the mini cheese triangles if desired. Thread the cheeses onto wooden skewers and set them aside on a serving plate.
  • Wash and dry fresh strawberries, removing the leaves if desired, and place them on the skewers. Thread the cherries onto the skewer a few at a time. Set aside.
  • Rinse and dry lettuce leaves, then spread them on a towel and pat dry. Place the lettuce on the board to create a bed for the other ingredients.
  • Wrap strips of prosciutto around pretzel sticks. Roll thin slices of salami into a tight spiral, then secure them in place with a wooden skewer.
  • Arrange the cheeses, fruit skewers, prosciutto, and salami roses on the board. Use smaller lettuce leaves to fill in any gaps between the ingredients. Top off with bagels and pretzels.
  • Decorate the board with parchment paper and ribbon to create the illusion of a bouquet. Serve and enjoy!
