- 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 72 pieces of candy corn approximately 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl, and stir with a silicone or wooden spoon until you have a soft dough consistency.
Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded scoops of dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing the dough about 3 inches apart.
Transfer to the oven, and bake for 8-10 minutes, until done.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and immediately place 3 pieces of candy corn onto each cookie, pressing in slightly to get them to stay.
Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes on a cooling rack, then enjoy!
