- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast about 2
- 8 slices bacon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Cut the chicken into 16 bite size pieces.
Cut the bacon in half, and use one half to wrap each piece of chicken. Secure with a toothpick.
Mix the brown sugar and paprika in a medium bowl, and stir well to combine.
Add the chicken to the bowl, and toss to coat.
Air fry the chicken bites for 15 to 15 minutes, tossing the basket twice during cooking.
Serve warm with ranch, BBQ or your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
Preheating the air fryer helps it reach the optimum temperature for when you add the chicken, ensuring even cooking.
Make sure you toss the air fryer basket a couple of times during cooking. This ensures the chicken is coated with a sugar and paprika mixture to even out the flavor.
If you have any leftovers then make sure they have cooled completely before transferring to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the oven, microwave, or air fryer for a couple of minutes.
