Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies
Yummy cookies with canned frosting and rainbow sprinkles--these funfetti cookies are a delicious treat that is quick and easy to make with a cake mix!

Ingredients
- 1 box 15.25oz Funfetti Cake Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to help make clean-up easier.
- Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl, and stir well until a dough forms.
- Use the cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Cake mix cookies tend to rise up in the middle. Once they have come out of the oven, I suggest pushing the center of the cookie down very gently so that they are a bit flatter for frosting.
- Set the baking sheet on a cooking rack to cool for 2 minutes. Then transfer the cookies to the cooling rack to cool completely.
- Once the cookies are cooled, frost them, and add sprinkles.
