1ozPineapple Juice
1ozLemon Lime Soda
Simple Syrup
Coconut Flakes and Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Instructions
Pour the simple syrup onto a small plate, and the coconut onto another.
Add the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Rum, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Dip a glass upside down into the simple syrup so that you’re coating the rim.
Next, dip the glass upside down in the coconut flakes.
