Easy Cast Iron Skillet Peach Cobbler

Every bite is full of flavorful peach and sweet biscuity topping. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream and you’ve got yourself the perfect end to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 32 ounce package of frozen peaches
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 ½ cup Bisquick mix
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, add the butter and heat until melted. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Add peaches and toss to coat.
  • Add the flour and cook as the sauce thickens.
  • In a medium bowl, add Bisquick sugar and milk.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Top peach mixture with Bisquick mixture.
  • Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until browned on top.
