Place the brown buttercream and white buttercream into separate piping bags. Snip the ends to create a ½ inch round circle.
Outline the snow and shape of a snowman with the white buttercream on the wooden charcuterie board. Fill in the shape with the icing.
Create a brown hat for the top of the snowman's head with the brown buttercream piping bag, fill in.
Use a butter knife to spread and even out harsh lines from the piping bag. Add some blue sprinkles to separate the bottom snow on the charcuterie board from the snowman.
Add 1 mini M&M each for the eyes, 6 orange M&M’s to create a triangle nose and 4 to create a smile. Then create the snowman buttons with more M&M’s.
Take the pull apart Twizzler to shape and wrap around the snowman’s neck and drape down the front of the snowman to act as his scarf.
Now lay the oreos to the right bottom of the charcuterie board in a layered fashion. Leave some space in the middle right, and place some white chocolate covered pretzels on the top right of the snowman’s hat.
On the left side of the snowman, repeat this with the shortbread cookies on the top left and chocolate chip cookies on the bottom left.
In the right side middle space, add the dark chocolate covered pretzels.
Now fill in any empty spaces left with the strawberries all across the charcuterie board.
Serve and enjoy!
