Ingredients
1BoxGrape Jello3 ounces
¾CupBoiling Water
⅔CupRed Berry Vodka
1TbspLime Juice
4OuncesWhipped Toppingoptional garnish
Purple Sanding Sugaroptional garnish
Instructions
Place the jello in a medium mixing bowl and pour the boiling water over the top of it.
Stir until the jello is fully dissolved.
Add the red berry vodka and lime juice to the mix and stir again.
Line your shot cups up (on something like a plate or baking sheet so you can easily move them after filling).
Fill each shot cup, leaving just a bit of room at the top so the cups don’t spill when moving them.
Chill the shots for two hours or until fully set.
If desired, top with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of purple sanding sugar. Enjoy!
Notes
Do not garnish the shots if you plan to store them. These can be stored, with lids on, and without garnish, for up to 1 week.
