Grinch Krispies

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 9 drops Green food coloring
- Red candy hearts and/or sprinkles in 3 various sizes - 20 large, 40 medium, 1 tbsp of small sprinkle hearts
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Stir in food coloring and remove from heat.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated, and if needed add a few more drops of food coloring.
Using buttered spatula, evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Add 20 large hearts evenly spaced (4 across and 5 down), then add two medium hearts around the big heart, and sprinkle the tiny heart sprinkles all around.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to make cutting easier.
Cut into even squares, and enjoy!
