Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 24 oz plain yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries we used blueberries, raspberries and chopped strawberries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter and maple syrup.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of 12 muffin tin cavities.
  • Top with yogurt and mixed berries.
  • Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
