- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 24 oz plain yogurt
- 1 ½ cups mixed berries we used blueberries, raspberries and chopped strawberries
In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter and maple syrup.
Press the mixture into the bottom of 12 muffin tin cavities.
Top with yogurt and mixed berries.
Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
