- 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
- 6 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. Roast Beef
- ¾ cup Melted Cheese Sauce I used Ragu
- Store Bought Arby’s Sauce
Start by slicing your rolls in half making your tops slightly thicker than the bottoms.
Spray your baking dish with cooking spray and lay the bottom half of your rolls in the baking dish.
Top with roast beef. I like this to be a thick layer, so I use a full pound.
Pour your cheese sauce on top and smooth it out evenly, and cover with the tops of your rolls.
In a bowl add together your melted butter, minced onions, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Using a basting brush, generously coat the top of your rolls with butter mixture.
Place in the oven at 275 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Slice into 12 sandwiches, use Arby sauce for dipping. Enjoy! These are a once a week must have!
