Equipment

  • Baking Dish
  • Basting Brush

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 lb. Roast Beef
  • ¾ cup Melted Cheese Sauce I used Ragu
  • Store Bought Arby’s Sauce

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your rolls in half making your tops slightly thicker than the bottoms.
  • Spray your baking dish with cooking spray and lay the bottom half of your rolls in the baking dish.
  • Top with roast beef. I like this to be a thick layer, so I use a full pound.
  • Pour your cheese sauce on top and smooth it out evenly, and cover with the tops of your rolls.
  • In a bowl add together your melted butter, minced onions, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Using a basting brush, generously coat the top of your rolls with butter mixture.
  • Place in the oven at 275 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
  • Slice into 12 sandwiches, use Arby sauce for dipping. Enjoy! These are a once a week must have!
