Stuffed Chicken Crescent Rolls

These stuffed chicken crescents are packed with flavor. A cheesy chicken mixture is rolled into flakey, buttery crescents and baked to perfection for a tasty appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups pre-cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried dill

TOPPING

  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and spices to a medium bowl, and stir well to combine.
  • Stir in the chicken.
  • Unroll the crescents, and add a heaping scoop of the chicken mixture to the fat end of each crescent roll, then roll up, and tuck the sides in.
  • Arrange the crescents in the casserole dish.
  • Melt the butter and chop the parsley. Brush the top of the crescents with butter, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
