Start by treating your cake mix: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 176 degrees Celsius. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the dry cake mix thinly over it. Place the pan in the oven and let it stay in for 6 minutes.
Once the cake mix has been treated, allow it to cool and place the mix in a bowl to use later.
Next, put your cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract in a large bowl or your mixing bowl and mix until combined using your electric hand or stand mixer. (If you’re using a stand mixer, use a paddle attachment. About 3 minutes on medium.)
Next, add in your red velvet cake mix. Mix everything together, and make sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl so everything can be combined. About 3 minutes on medium.
Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and mix again. About 2 mins. Add another tablespoon of heavy whipping cream if the dip is too thick.
Once the dip is ready. Put it in a serving bowl.
Assemble the board
Grab your board and the surrounding snacks, chocolate bars, pretzels, graham crackers, and strawberries.
Make sure your board is clean, then place your serving bowl with the dip in the center of the board.
Next, lay your chocolate bars in a straight line on 1 side of the bowl, then lay your cookies & cream bars in a straight line on the opposite side of the bowl.
Grab a large handful of pretzels and place them diagonally from the bowl. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the bowl.
After that, add your graham crackers. Break some into single pieces and keep some doubled. Place them in the two large empty diagonal spaces on the board.
Lastly, add your strawberries. Place them in the gap areas of the board. Make sure to repeat the same pattern on the opposite side of the bowl.
If you have any more little blank spaces on the board, fill them in with little pieces of chocolate.
Now that the board is full, it’s ready to be served and enjoyed.
