- 1 Large Egg
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat the waffle maker.
Add the raspberries to a small bowl, and use a spoon to crush them into a jelly type mixture. Set aside.
Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla to a large bowl, and stir well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add the raspberry mixture and white chocolate chips, and give a quick stir.
Pour a small amount of the mixture into the waffler maker, just enough to fill it.
Put the lid down and cook for 2 minutes, then use a fork to remove the waffle.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the waffles are cooked.
Top with extra raspberries and/or white chocolate chips if desired.
Cook Time: 2 minutes per waffle. I used a mini waffle maker for this recipe. Cooking time may vary if you use a larger waffle maker.
