White Chocolate Raspberry Waffles

The best homemade waffles with white chocolate chips and smashed raspberries. These mini waffles take just 2 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the waffle maker.
  • Add the raspberries to a small bowl, and use a spoon to crush them into a jelly type mixture. Set aside.
  • Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla to a large bowl, and stir well.
  • Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Add the raspberry mixture and white chocolate chips, and give a quick stir.
  • Pour a small amount of the mixture into the waffler maker, just enough to fill it.
  • Put the lid down and cook for 2 minutes, then use a fork to remove the waffle.
  • Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the waffles are cooked.
  • Top with extra raspberries and/or white chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

Cook Time: 2 minutes per waffle. I used a mini waffle maker for this recipe. Cooking time may vary if you use a larger waffle maker.
