Ingredients

package Melon flavored gelatin (I used Jell-O Melon Fusion for this recipe

large ice cubes

cup
cold water
⅔
cup
boiling water
use a heatproof measuring cup
8
ounce
tub Cool Whip or any brand non-dairy topping
thawed, divided

store-bought graham cracker crust
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the boiling water to the gelatin mix.
Mix together until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the ice and cold water, mix until ice cubes melt.
Add HALF of the whipped topping and whisk until combined
Spread into the crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set.
Notes
You may freeze the pie slightly, for about 15 minutes to allow for easier serving.
