Cool and Creamy Melon Pie

This cool and creamy dessert is easy to make and perfect for picnics and potlucks. Plus, it's always a crowd-pleaser!

  • 3 ounce package Melon flavored gelatin (I used Jell-O Melon Fusion for this recipe
  • 3 to 4 large ice cubes
  • ½ cup cold water
  • cup boiling water use a heatproof measuring cup
  • 8 ounce tub Cool Whip or any brand non-dairy topping thawed, divided
  • 1 store-bought graham cracker crust


  • In a large bowl, add the boiling water to the gelatin mix.
  • Mix together until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Add the ice and cold water, mix until ice cubes melt.
  • Add HALF of the whipped topping and whisk until combined
  • Spread into the crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set.


You may freeze the pie slightly, for about 15 minutes to allow for easier serving.
